中国西风带石笋同位素记录在MIS5与11期间的对比研究

【英文摘要】In this study, we focus on relationship between atmospheric precipitation and temperature/humidity, and cave dripwater, cave dripwater and oxygen isotopic composition of the modern stalagmite calcite, relationship of the carbon isotopic composition between differen type of the plants at different altitudes outside cave and cave dripwater, from Kesang Cave, Xingjiang controlled by single westerly wind jet. Implication of oxygen/carbon of calcite in the fossile stalagmite will be obviously interpretated.Pattern of climatic change at the different time-scale during MIS 5 and 11 will be built with independent age scale by high-precise and absolute 230Th dates and high-resolution oxygen/carbon isotopic analysis on the stalagmite. Linkage of the climatic change between Asian monsoonal climate at low altitude and Northern Atlantic climate at higher altitude could be revealed by comparsion between the climatic pattern and the stalagmite record from Asian monsoon, ocean/stalagmite record from high latitude, ice-core record from Arctic and Antarctican.We, therefore, will explore the climatic pattern and forcing mechanism from the Westerly wind zone and its the influence on Asian monsoonal climate.
【中文摘要】本项目, 主要以北半球纯西风控制区最新发现的我国新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州特克斯县的科桑溶洞为主, 研究西风控制区大气降水与温度/湿度、大气降水与洞穴滴水、洞穴滴水与现代石笋方解石氧同位素之间的关系, 同时研究洞穴外部不同海拔高度植被类型的碳同位素组成与洞穴滴水碳同位素组成的关系, 准确判识化石石笋方解石氧碳同位素的含义; 对该洞穴中生长于MIS 5和MIS 11期间的石笋样品进行绝对高精度的230Th定年和高分辨率的氧碳同位素分析, 建立起具有独立年代尺度的MIS5和MIS11期间内部不同时间尺度上西风区气候变化的规律, 与亚洲季风区石笋记录、高纬度海洋-石笋记录、两极冰芯记录对比, 揭示西风区气候变化作为低纬度亚洲季风变化与高纬度北大西洋气候变化之间的桥梁作用, 从而探索西风区气候变化的模式-驱动机理及其对亚洲季风的影响.
