Through an extensive survey of Xinjiang regional climate characteristics, this project aims to study the impact on construction projects due to global warming and define a related construction atmosphere parameter in line with Xinjiang climate characteristics, building energy efficiency, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, town planning, building structure and other professional design. Based on heating number (HDD18) and combined with air conditioning spend several (CDD26), Xinjiang architecture climate sub-domain figure (table) is developed.Through the establishment of statistical mathematical model of each building meteorological data statistics,the original observation data of 83 meteorological offices and stations in Xinjiang over 30 years are processed and compared to correctly analyze the local average hourly typical meteorological data and the indoor thermal environment performance. With weather phenomenon meteorological elements such as meteorological observation site location, pressure, temperature, heating period, relative humidity, wind and rainfall, the sunshine, temperature and frozen earth in Counties as the main line, the building meteorological data for typical meteorological years is constructed in order to meet the demand for town planning, environmental assessment, municipal construction, energy conservation and emission reduction,engineering construction survey, design, scientific experiments and feasibility report preparation.
本项目旨在通过广泛调查新疆各区域气候特征,研究近年来气候变暖造成对建筑工程的影响,确定符合新疆气候特点,满足工程建设项目建筑节能、采暖空调通风、城镇规划、建筑结构等专业设计、施工的相关建筑气象参数;并以采暖度日数(HDD18)结合空调度日数(CDD26)为依据,形成新疆建筑气候子分区图(表)。通过建立各建筑气象参数统计计算的数学模型,对新疆83个气象台站近30年原始观测数据进行统计加工和数值比对,准确分析建筑热环境性能及其能耗需要代表当地平均气候状况的逐时典型气象年数据,以各县市城镇气象观测站点地理位置、气压、气温、采暖期、相对湿度、风、降水量、日照、地温、冻土、天气现象等气象要素为主线,构建逐时典型气象年建筑气象参数基础数据集。以满足新疆城镇规划、环境评价、市政建设、节能减排以及工程建设勘察、设计、科学实验以及可行性报告等文件编制提供服务。
